TM for Nurses and David Lynch Foundation collaborate to provide meditation to US nurses battling COVID-19
TM for Nurses Newsletter Translate This Article
12 May 2020
On April 6th, a new initiative was launched to provide the Transcendental Meditation program to all the heroic US nurses battling COVID-19. The program is being offered through a collaboration of TM for Women and the David Lynch Foundation to reduce anxiety, boost resilience, and heal trauma in health professionals working selflessly and exhaustively on the front lines of this pandemic.
Throughout the years around the world, many thousands of doctors and nurses have learned the TM technique. The goal of this new initiative is to teach many thousands more of these heroes over the coming year, helping them eliminate mental, physical and emotional fatigue and stress as well as symptoms of PTSD. TM for Women specializes in bringing the TM technique to nurses.
