Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California, continues to offer Transcendental Meditation courses by certified TM teachers for its nurses.
As part of the Magnet program there, data is being collected on variables of compassion, satisfaction, resilience and secondary traumatic stress in nurses learning and practicing the TM technique. Students earn university credit from Maharishi University of Management for the TM course.
