A new German-language website about the Transcendental Meditation Programme for women has been launched.
The website features a wealth of information on many different aspects of the Transcendental Meditation Programme, including its benefits in many areas of life—reduced stress and anxiety, increased mental clarity and creativity, better health, improved integration of brain functioning, and many others.
One major section of the website highlights extensive scientific research documenting beneficial physiological changes during the practice and effects on health, including reduced risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
Other sections provide details about the technique itself; how it is different from other techniques of meditation and self-development; how and where to learn from a certified teacher; and videos on a variety of topics, including Sarina J. Grosswald, EdD speaking about research showing improvements in ADHS (ADHD) in children practising Transcendental Meditation.
Another page features special courses of interest to women in related areas of knowledge, including music, yoga, and architecture; as well as comments from women who practise Transcendental Meditation about improvements they have found in their lives through the technique.
The website also includes more about the timeless tradition of knowledge from which Transcendental Meditation is derived, and the founder of the programme, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
