The Global Mother Divine Organization* in India has developed a very successful programme—called the Sahasra Shirsha Matri Mandal project—which aims to create groups of 1,000 women practising Yogic Flying together at the same time in their own homes, in each of the 631 districts of the country.

Through this programme, more women are steadily learning Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Transcendental Meditation Programme, its Advanced Techniques, and the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.

Through their regular twice-daily practice, these women are not only developing their own consciousness and promoting better health, happiness, and fulfilment for themselves and their families—but also creating a rising influence of coherence and harmony in the collective consciousness of their communities and the nation.
