Scotland: Maharishi Peace Colony and Tower of Invincibility to be built on the north side of Edinburgh

A new Vedic Architecture project is now developing on the north side of Edinburgh, on the waterfront about twenty minutes from the centre of the city. The project is being designed according to Vastu principles of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda.

Plans include a Maharishi Peace Colony* and Maharishi Tower of Invincibility. Showing slides of the proposed area, Dr David Rae, National Director of Scotland for the Global Country of World Peace, said, 'This project is a big step forward in the creation of coherence and invincibility for Scotland, the whole of the British Isles, and beyond.'**

This 'green space' area was originally designed by the government to make use of former industrial land, and has tremendous potential. The one and a half acres of land being considered for the Vastu project is 'a gem within this whole area', Dr Rae said. It is a very special, secluded, and protected area, which would be perfect for the proposed Maharishi Tower of Invincibility and Vastu housing.

Plans also include 'Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture in one of the glass houses on the property, for fruits, herbs and so on', Dr Rae said. The area under consideration includes a garden that is thought to have been in cultivation for about 500 years or even longer, he said.
