Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace continued his address on 24 March, during the global celebration of Raam Navami, the awakening of ideal administration through total Natural Law.* Maharaja explained that Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's profound insight into Natural Law, with great compassion, was to give to the world truly full knowledge which not only satisfies the feelings and the emotions, raising the emotions and the feelings—but Maharishi took the reality to its most profound, most abstract level, and did not leave the outer, expressed level out of consideration.

We are analyzing reality from the perception of analytical and synthetical values at the same time, Maharaja said, 'having one's intellect, one's mind, one's feelings all balanced and acting in accordance with what we can call logic and reason . . . .

'Maharishi gave Total Knowledge, complete knowledge. He showed the world that, indeed, the first principle is that every aspect of creation contains wholeness—every point is Totality—that from the perception of modern science, we know that every point contains all the Laws of Nature. Every point of creation, wherever it is, is actually the Unified Field, and the perception of difference is a perception of point of view from the expressed level.

'That is one aspect of the reality that guides us into understanding how the expressed values are truly themselves the Unified Field. So we have the Unified Field expressing itself in all values of life.'

Maharaja then explained that the values of life are expressed based on laws, on Natural Law, and Maharishi has shown how the Unified Field is itself an expression of pure Being.

'We are all familiar [with] and know all of these relationships,' Maharaja said, '—how Veda is the Constitution of the Universe, how Veda is the human physiology, how Veda is the entire cosmos. That is one very profound understanding that actually puts the unmanifest and manifest at peace with each other.

'Therefore every aspect of reality is no more seen as a separate object from every other aspect of reality. That is only in the classical perception,' Maharaja continued. 'In the true quantum mechanical, the true holistic perception, the true unified perception of reality, everything is a continuum of Natural Law—expressing different values on the surface, but being one reality in the depths.

'That's how Maharishi emphasized, as we heard today,** ''[come] back to the Self'', back to the essence of everything—that ultimately Raam Raj (Heaven on Earth), ultimately Veda, ultimately total Natural Law, all the values of life, all the royalty of life, is residing in the unbounded pure Self, pure Being, in the Unified Field of Natural Law. Therefore there is nothing that is separate from anything. Everything is one holistic Constitution of the Universe, one ocean of consciousness in motion.'
