Lebanon: Recent progress in establishing a coherence creating group of Yogic Flyers

During a recent Global Family Chat, broadcast live over the Maharishi Channel via satellite and the Internet, Dr Ziad Dakduk, National Leader of the Global Country of World Peace in Lebanon, reported that during the last two weeks they have had two interviews with the top television station in Lebanon. In the past this station had been hesitant to do an interview on Transcendental Meditation.

'But suddenly we found that they were very open, and they invited us to do two interviews,' Dr Dakduk said. 'One of them was on Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, and the other was on the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme, and general aspects of our knowledge.'

Dr Dakduk said this station is not only broadcasting in Lebanon, but also has a large network of satellites that reaches all continents. So this message will be widely heard and seen all over the world, especially by the Lebanese and Arabs who live abroad in the US, Europe, and other countries.

Dr Dakduk reported that, as their main project to build a facility to establish a large coherence creating group (of Yogic Flyers) in Lebanon, their attention is now on establishing a university, a branch campus of Maharishi University of Management.

'For that purpose, we have contacted the leading authorities of education in Lebanon,' Dr Dakduk continued. They are also simultaneously working on the design and financing of the university building.

Dr Dakduk hopes that 'Soon all obstacles towards establishing of the Maharishi University campus in Lebanon will be removed, and they will enrol hundreds of students to grow to even more numbers, creating a permanent group of Yogic Flyers in Lebanon for peace, stability, and invincibility in Lebanon and the whole Middle East.'
