A beautiful, large Maharishi Vastu home that is being offered for sale in the western United States is featured on the MaharishiVastu.org* website.
Sitting high on a hillside facing the eastern sun in Jackson, Wyoming, this modern, architecturally distinctive log and glass Maharishi Vastu home looks out over grazing moose, deer, and elk in addition to the Grand Teton Mountains. Its 4,041 square feet [375 square metres] includes three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a media room, office, and three large storage rooms. There is an open kitchen, dining and family area, with windows everywhere to bring the spectacular, natural setting inside.
Two of the bedrooms on the second level have access to their own 12 x 14 [3.7m x 4.3m] decks and each bedroom has its own walk-in closet.
In addition to the log exterior, there are unique natural materials throughout the home—copper counter tops, authentic plaster walls textured with sand, Douglas Fir flooring on the main floor, and authentic Saltillo tile in some of the bathrooms.
The center of the home rises two storeys to the roof, creating an uplifting, expansive atrium, a favored Vastu feature for bringing light and fresh air into the center of a home.
Outer buildings include a two-car garage with storage, and a log guest house of 250 SF [23.2 square metres] nestled in the woods with its own bath and efficiency kitchen.
As the owners are looking forward to retiring, they have put this house on the market and listed it in the Maharishi Vastu website's Rent or Buy section: www.maharishivastu.org/view-listings, under homes for sale. Contact information and other details may be found there.
