Holland: Global Mother Divine Organization convenes Fifth International Congress

Delegates from more than 30 countries gathered in MERU, Holland recently for the Fifth International Congress of the Global Mother Divine Organization.* Each day's programme focused on a different area of activities, corresponding to the organization's five Foundations: Development of Consciousness, Health, Education, Culture, and Music.

On the Health day the Congress heard all about the new, comprehensive Mother-Baby Programme.

On the Music day, the new Vedic Dance course, offered for the first time recently at the MERU facility in nearby St. Odilienberg, was presented along with a performance of Vedic Dance.

Both edible and floral Maharishi Vedic Gardens were presented on the Culture day, along with an enjoyable tour of the Vedic Garden at Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Peace Palace in MERU, which is built according to Vastu.

On the Education day, special guest Maechee Aunampai Passakchai, a Buddhist nun from Thailand who is a Transcendental Meditation teacher, told the Congress all about her school, fast rising to be a completely Consciousness-Based school, with the aim of providing a coherence-creating 'invincibility' group of 1,000 students practising Transcendental Meditation and its advanced techniques, including Yogic Flying.

On the basis of these and other inspiring examples, the delegates were very motivated to go ahead and create Invincibility Schools for Girls in their own countries.

On the Development of Consciousness day everyone enjoyed hearing about the Mother Divine Programme and the very popular one-month Taste of Blissful Life courses in Livingston Manor, NY, USA; Thailand; Seelisberg, Switzerland; and Japan—followed by planning together for a permanent Vastu home for the programme in Europe.
