More on expansion of Heavenly Mountain Vastu community

The January issue of At Home in Maharishi Vastu features more about the current expansion of the Vastu development at Heavenly Mountain, located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, USA.

Continuing with the historical development of the site—because the original developers did not continue with the expansion, the development was dormant for several years. Just this past year, the existing homeowners association came together and decided to revitalize the project for further expansion.

There are currently 26 lots, ranging in size from .50 - 4.5 acres (.2 - 1.8 hectares), for sale as well as several existing Maharishi Vastu architecture homes. Many of the existing homes are in the 4,000-6,000 square foot (372-577 square metre) range, but in response to current market demand, the homeowners' association has decided to relax the minimum home size to 1,200 SF on designated lots and 1,500-2000 SF on all other land.
