On 31 December 2011, during the celebration marking the new year in MERU, Holland, Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, honoured by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi as first ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, mentioned that his new book, Ramayan in Human Physiology, was in the final stages of production.* The first copies would arrive in MERU during the first week in January, in preparation for a series of lectures he would soon be presenting on this topic.
'Fabulous is a word that's used for epics and stories,' Maharaja said, commenting on the book. 'It's much more than that, but it also has that component of being a wonderful epic—and at the same time extremely significant in terms of its dynamics and how it connects all the different parts of the body together. Particularly that we know the body is Veda, and so it has many corollaries, that we can reveal as we go on, of how these different aspects are really the 40 aspects [of the Vedic literature], and at the same time they dynamically are woven together through the Ramayan. So there are many dimensions which are very interesting to go through.'
Maharaja also invited administrators of Maharishi's programmes in many countries who were present in MERU to give their reflections and wishes for the new year. Many echoed Maharishi's resolution stated in his address on 31 December 2006, expressing their wishes for the full establishment of a group of 16,000 Vedic Pandits at the Brahmasthan (centre) of India, practising Maharishi's technologies of consciousness and creating a powerful influence of peace, harmony, and happiness in the world.

Commenting at the end, Maharaja said, 'It is clear that when we take all the laudable thoughts, desires, and feelings of our leaders, and include in them all the unspoken but very real desires of all the sages, the wise people of our world, . . . that the fulfilment of all these goals and aspirations, which utimately are enlightenment for the individual and society, will happen with what Maharishi calls Raam Raj, or the establishment of the administration of wholeness, Brahm, Totality.'
In this state, he concluded, life will be administered by the 'infinite, perfect organizing intelligence of pure Being, the Self, Atma of everyone—which it is anyway, but this reality becomes available to every individual and every society, so all that is negative goes, and all that is good dawns'.
