The City of Fairfield, Iowa, USA, with its initiative to Go Green—www.PeaceTownUSA.org—is home to a large number of Maharishi Vastu (Vedic architecture) homes and offices, the Maharishi University of Management campus, and several Vastu developments.
These include Cypress Villages, North Campus Village, Abundance Eco Village, and Greenfield Properties.
At Maharishi University of Management, also in Fairfield, reconstruction of the entire university campus according to the principles of Maharishi Vastu architecture—includes the M.U.M. Sustainable Living Center.
The Sustainable Living Center is the ultimate green building, which 'gives back to the environment', developers say. It is off the grid, fulfilling not only Maharishi Vastu principles of architecture in accord with natural law, but also all the highest green and sustainable standards.
In the coming days Global Good News will continue to feature Maharishi Vastu initiatives around the world.
