Lebanon: Programmes for women flourishing through Global Mother Divine Organization

Women in Lebanon are benefiting from an array of programmes offered by the Global Mother Divine Organization,* to promote better health for themselves and their families, as well as create an influence of coherence and positivity for their communities and their nation.

The organization reported on achievements in Lebanon on the final day of the recent Third International GMDO Congress in MERU, Holland.

Preliminary steps to establish the Global Mother Divine Organization in Lebanon were accomplished on 20 May this year.

In March, a coherence-creating World Peace Assembly for Yogic Flyers and residence course for practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation Programme were held with 20 attending.

The ladies of Lebanon take great advantage of Maharishi Ayur-Veda health care: fifty have had consultations with a physician trained in Maharishi Ayur-Veda, and one hundred have received special rejuvenation treatments from Maharishi-Ayur-Veda trained Lebanese technicians.

Every week about ten ladies attend a presentation on different aspects of the knowledge and programmes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Vedic Science, at the home of the acting National Director of GMDO in Lebanon, Dr Susan Hamza.

A core group of ladies has expressed interest in starting a group of the Mother Divine Programme* in Lebanon.

Land has been donated for a Ladies Peace Palace, which will also be the future site of a Fortune-Creating community, built according to Vastu principles of Vedic architecture.

Global Good News will continue to feature GMDO delegates' reports about their countries, as well as other presentations during the Third International Congress in Holland.

* 'Mother Divine' refers to the nourishing, evolutionary power of Natural Law lively within all of creation and within the silent consciousness of everyone. The Global Mother Divine Organization, established in December 2007, is the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace. The Mother Divine Programme, inaugurated in 1981, is an advanced fulltime programme for ladies to accelerate their progress to higher states of consciousness and enliven 24-hour bliss in daily life. Their role is also to radiate a powerful global influence of harmony and bliss in large, permanent coherence-creating groups of Yogic Flyers, and through administering the activities of the Global Mother Divine Organization in 192 countries.
