The Album features recent inspiring reports on activities and achievements of the Global Mother Divine Organization (GMDO) in African countries during the past year. The Global Mother Divine Organization was inaugurated in December 2007 as the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace in 192 countries.
Photos show highlights of ladies' courses and celebrations in South Africa, Uganda, Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Nigeria, and Ghana.
Two examples drawn from the slideshow include:
∙ Uganda, where students at the Maharishi Invincibility School, a secondary school for girls, have been enjoying Consciousness-Based Education for a year, and the school will be expanding to accommodate more students; and
∙ Burkina Faso, where GMDO organized the first Transcendental Meditation Programme introductory lecture ever to be held in the country. This resulted in 20 people learning Transcendental Meditation, increasing the meditating population by 800%.
