The Global Country of World Peace has been commemorating the fifth anniversary of the first coronation of a large group of Rajas in February 2005.

Rajas are the Administrators of the Global Country of World Peace in 192 countries of the world; each Raja's domain includes several countries. The first Administrator Training Conference for Rajas was held in MERU, Holland in 2004 and 2005, culminating in the coronation ceremonies held 7-13 February in Vaals, Holland.

Several Rajas have recently reflected on their great purpose, bestowed on them by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace—to administer society through the silent administration of total Natural Law, from the level of Transcendental Consciousness, the field of infinite silence within their own consciousness.

Speaking on Maharishi Global Family Chat,* Raja Michael Dillbeck, Raja of Invincible France, reflected on the progress in revitalizing Maharishi's programmes throughout the United States and the world, since the first Rajas' coronation in 2005.

This revitalization began, Raja Dillbeck said, with Maharishi's offering of a Recertification Course for Teachers of the Transcendental Meditation Programme. This course sparked renewed activity and the opening of new Maharishi Invincibility Centres in many cities, offering instruction in TM and its advanced programmes, including the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, Advanced Techniques, lectures on Maharishi's knowledge, and many other programmes.

As one of eight Rajas from the US, Raja Dillbeck was initially responsible for the north central area of the country, which includes a number of large cities. During this time, he said, Transcendental Meditation Teachers were very active in Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; Cincinnati, Ohio; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and others. For example, Detroit was the location of one of the first Consciousness-Based Education programmes, which in part inspired the establishment of the David Lynch Foundation.

An important second element during this time was the establishment of the permanent Invincible America Assembly in Fairfield, Iowa, USA, now in its fourth year. 'This assembly of Yogic Flyers transformed the nation by purifying collective consciousness,' said Raja Dillbeck. Eventually, the number of participants grew to be consistently at the threshold needed to maintain national invincibility.

'This was all accomplished by Maharishi, through enlivening the infinite silence and infinite dynamism of Natural Law,' said Raja Dillbeck—through training of Rajas, recertification of Teachers, and establishment of large groups of Yogic Flyers. 'This is how Maharishi carried out the silent administration of the Rajas.'

* Raja Dillbeck's report was featured on the 10 February 2010 Maharishi Global Family Chat, broadcast daily via Internet webcast on the Maharishi Channel, Channel 3. Podcasts of the daily Global Family Chat (audio track) are also now available for automatic download, via an RSS feed.
