In the last year Dr David Leffler, a director of the Center for Advanced Military Science, published 108 articles in 52 countries about the Invincible Defence Technology of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Dr Leffler's co-authors on different articles included Dr John Hagelin*; Major General Kulwant Singh, Minister of Defence for the Global Country of World Peace; and Colonel Brian Rees, National Director of Defence for the Global Country in the United States.
In the United States, over 400 former or active military personnel are regularly informed about any new developments and research on the Transcendental Meditation Programme and Yogic Flying.
Colonel Rees has made proposals to military leaders to use the Transcendental Meditation Programme, especially group practice of Yogic Flying, in trouble spots of the world—to create coherence and orderliness in the collective consciousness in those areas.
Colonel Rees is also proposing further research with the US government's Veterans Administration on using Transcendental Meditation for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and increasing soldiers' resilience from stress and fatigue.
These highlights of 2009 achievements of the Ministry of Invincible Defence of the Global Country of World Peace were presented by Lt Colonel Gunther Chasse, International Deputy Minister of Defence. Col Chasse also reported on developments in Switzerland, Cyprus, Germany, and Great Britain. Global Good News will feature this news in the coming days.
* Dr John Hagelin is a world-renowned quantum physicist and Executive Director of the International Center for Invincible Defense in New York City, USA. He is also Raja of Invincible America and Minister of Science and Technology of Global Country of World Peace.
** Lt Colonel Chasse gave his presentation on 13 January 2010, speaking from India during the continuing global 12 January celebrations of the Global Country of World Peace held in MERU, Holland and India, and broadcast globally via the Maharishi Channel on the Internet.
