The Global Capital of World Peace at the Brahmasthan (geographical centre) of India was designed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, as the seat from which the silent administration of total Natural Law* will create invincible, permanent peace for every nation and the world.
In his recent eloquent address** during the global celebration of 12 January, Raja John Konhaus, Raja of Invincible Japan, Hamsa (Hungary), and other nations for the Global Country of World Peace, continued his presentation on how the silent administration of Natural Law is bringing Heaven on Earth through Maharishi's Vedic Technologies of Consciousness. His address was rich with quotes from Maharishi, and with excerpts from the Vedic Literature. Please also see Part I of this article.
Raja Konhaus described how, in 2007, 'Maharishi said that his own mission in the world was finished on the level of action, Kriya Shakti' (the power of action, the dynamism of Brahm, Totality), while also explaining that an ideal, heavenly life for everyone in the world would unfold from the level of Gyan Shakti, Pure Knowledge, the level of silent administration.*
Raja Konhaus recounted how, in a beautiful meeting in January 2008 with Maharaja Adhiraja Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, and his Council of Rajas and Ministers, Maharishi emphasized that he wanted them to function from the Global Capital of World Peace (also known as the Global Capital of Raam Raj—administration of total Natural Law).
Raja Konhaus has been instrumental in the development of the Raja campus at the Global Capital, which includes residences for the Rajas, offices, dining rooms, and meditation halls for group practice of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying. He showed photos of the buildings and described the serene, sublime atmosphere.
Describing his experience at the Raja campus, Raja Konhaus commented on a quality of silent administration—a feeling of deep silence within, of being 'relaxed and happy, and things start getting accomplished in your countries' (the domains for which each Raja has responsibility). 'Your thoughts are so deeply settled that whatever idea you have immediately gets translated into action.'
Raja Harris Kaplan, Raja of Invincible India, is preparing an opportunity for everyone to be able to come and enjoy this atmosphere of deep silence and bliss at the Global Capital, Raja Konhaus said. 'This will be an unprecedented opportunity to take courses on Maharishi's Vedic Science, in the land of the Veda, and to experience the purity of the Vedic civilization of India that can't be experienced anywhere else in the world,' he concluded.
* Maharishi has explained that the functioning of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam's administration of the Global Country of World Peace, supporting the creation of invincibility in 192 countries of the world, is that of administration through silence—administration from the level of total Natural Law at the deepest, most silent, unbounded level of consciousness of all the leaders and members of the Global Country of World Peace, through their daily practice of Maharishi's Technologies of Consciousness—and promoting full awakening of Natural Law in the consciousness of every individual, and in the collective consciousness of every nation and the entire world.
** Raja Konhaus's report was featured on the 18 January 2010 Maharishi Global Family Chat, which is broadcast daily via Internet webcast on the Maharishi Channel, Channel 3. Podcasts of the daily Global Family Chat (audio track) are also now available for automatic download, via an RSS feed.
