During the global celebration of the Festival of Lights, Dipavali, on 17 October 2009, Raja Harris Kaplan, Raja of Invincible India for the Global Country of World Peace, expressed deep gratitude towards the Maharishi Vedic Pandits for their role in awakening Heaven on Earth.
Raja Harris began by remarking on the Vedic expression quoted by Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, in the opening of his Dipavali address earlier in the celebration: 'Purnam adah purnam idam—That [unmanifest] is full, and this [manifest] is full.'
Raja Harris said that this expression captured the quintessence of the glorious day of Mahalakshmi—the administering intelligence of Natural Law celebrated on Dipavali to bring wealth, prosperity, and bliss to everyone in the world—and that 'all feelings on the day were greatly blessed, fortunate, and full—big in the possibility of life in fulfillment'.
He went on to use a profound analogy to explain the importance of the Maharishi Vedic Pandits. 'What I think we all see and feel is that there is a big door which pulls back, and behind that door is our own nature—our own Atma, or Self—the enormity of that.' Referring also to the video replay, during the celebration, of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's 2007 Dipavali address, Raja Harris said, 'Maharishi located for us today the keyholders of that door—the dear Vedic Pandits of India.'
Raja Harris elaborated on the self-referral dynamics of Puja (Vedic ceremony of gratitude), which connect individual capabilities with the eternal tradition of the Vedic Pandits; he said that it is through their Vedic Recitation that the Pandits are able to 'pull back that enormous door and give us that enormous experience of Dipavali, the light of life.'
Raja Harris concluded by reiterating his deep gratitude towards the Maharishi Vedic Pandits, who, with the blessings of Maharishi, have brought forth 'a huge wave, a huge power lighthouse of Raam Raj* for the entire world.'
