During a series of special presentations following the global Guru Purnima Assembly in MERU, Holland, Raja Robert Wynne, Raja of Invincible New Zealand for the Global Country of World Peace, reported on 11 July 2009 about recent initiatives to establish invincibility in his domain.

Raja Wynne began by commenting that, although New Zealand already has more than the square root of one percent of its population practising Yogic Flying—the number needed to create invincibility for the nation—it still needs a group practising consistently, both morning and evening in the same location. To meet this goal, Raja Wynne helped organize in just a few days for 500 students and 50 teachers at two New Zealand schools to learn the Transcendental Meditation Programme. Furthermore, the plan is for one of these schools—comprising 350 students and 25 teachers—to implement the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying, within a short period of time.

'We expect New Zealand to have achieved permanent invincibility within this coming year,' continued Raja Wynne. He added that there has been a worldwide effort on the part of New Zealand officials and the David Lynch Foundation to have these Consciousness-Based Education programmes launched immediately. So far, he said, 30 teachers have been instructed in the TM Technique, and in a month, the students will begin to learn as well. 'Certainly by November or December of this year we will have students practising Transcendental Meditation in groups twice a day,' he said. 'From that point, we'll focus on teaching the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme.'

Also in New Zealand, Raja Wynne is working to encourage government and business leaders to introduce Transcendental Meditation among their employees. 'Many people who learned Transcendental Meditation when Maharishi first visited New Zealand are now presidents of their countries, ministers, or presidents of their companies,' he said, 'and they're just waiting for us to contact them.' In this regard, Raja Wynne has launched a newspaper and Internet campaign to encourage long-time TM practitioners to enroll in refresher courses offered in the country, in order to contribute to the creation of invincibility.
