United Kingdom: Local authorities inspired by presentation of leading brain researcher

The recent tour* of leading brain researcher Dr Fred Travis** in the United Kingdom was unexpectedly extended when a member of the Institute of Directors in London—inspired by his presentation there—requested that he give an additional lecture in another city over 160 kilometres away.

Many eminent people attended the event organized by the director, a lady who is a Yogic Flyer and an executive coach, said Raja Peter Warburton, Raja of Invincible Great Britain for the Global Country of World Peace.

The audience included local authorities in education, health, and social services, as well as consultants, pediatricians, 10 head teachers, educational psychologists, and several managers of children's services.

The meeting generated tremendous enthusiasm and interest among these leaders of society to plan research projects and potentially introduce the Transcendental Meditation Programme in their respective fields.

Raja Peter said that in future tours, they hope to have Dr Travis come for a month and visit all the major companies, government offices, local authorities, and scientific institutions in the country.
