New book of experiences with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi announced by the Global Country of World Peace

On Akshaya Tritiya, the Day of Lasting Achievements, 27 April 2009, a new book was launched by the Global Country of World Peace, about the experiences people had with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi over the last 50 years. People around the world are invited to contribute to this book.

In the past Maharishi said that a saint's life cannot be represented by instances on the surface level of happenings. 'The life of the realized is all on the level of Unity, on the level of bliss consciousness,' Maharishi said.

Maharishi gave some instances of the life of his Master, Guru Dev*, which helped everyone to understand the unbounded greatness of total Vedic wisdom to which Maharishi was devoted his whole life.

Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, has warmly blessed the idea that the same should in turn be done for future generations. Maharishi gave enlightenment to millions of people all over the world, and many people had beautiful experiences of Maharishi's Cosmic nature, his unbounded love, intelligence, and organizing power.

When announcing the new book, Dr Peter Swan, Minister of Communication for the Global Country of World Peace, said, 'All of us who had some contact with Maharishi can together give those who come after us some feeling of what it was like to be in his presence.

'What was that Cosmic Intelligence like in action? How did it manifest in its infinite organizing power as the unbounded achievements that made Kali Yuga [the age of ignorance] bow to Sat Yuga [the Age of Enlightenment, Heaven on Earth]? How did pure unbounded love move in the world as a wave of infinite divine love? What was it like to be in the world with the living embodiment of Brahm [Totality, total Natural Law]?'

Many thousands of people had experiences with Maharishi that can be a lighted lamp for the heart of future generations. All these experiences will be collected and published in a book. As a rich beginning for this book, Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, has suggested to include the tributes from the Rajas, Ministers and other leaders of the Global Country, which were compiled into a book at the request of the Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math [the successor to Guru Dev].

Now all who wish to contribute their most precious experiences, as a record of the heart and mind, are invited to participate. This invitation has been sent to all the Rajas, Raj Rajeshwaris, Ministers, and National Directors of the Global County to send to all the people in their countries, so that everyone who would like to contribute will have the opportunity.

* Guru Dev: Maharishi's Master, Shri Guru Dev, His Divinity Brahmanand Saraswati, Jagatguru Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Himalayas. Guru Dev is revered as the embodiment of Vedic wisdom closest to Maharishi in the illustrious tradition of Vedic Masters who have passed down the eternal wisdom of life from teacher to student since time immemorial.
