Interest in Consciousness-Based Education is rising in Indonesia. More people are also learning the Transcendental Meditation Programme, and there will soon be more Teachers of Transcendental Meditation in this country.
This was the announcement of Raja Willem Meijles, Raja of Indonesia for the Global Country of World Peace, as he summarized the achievements of his domain in 2008.
There are now over 1,000 students practising the Transcendental Meditation Technique in schools in Indonesia, Raja Willem said.
Two hundred students in one school and 100 students in another school will have the opportunity to become Yogic Flyers, he continued. These students will create a core of harmony and coherence for the whole of Indonesia.
In addition, 30 people recently learned Transcendental Meditation in two major cities in Indonesia.
Raja Willem also announced that five people from Indonesia are attending a Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course.
Global Good News will feature the continuation of the achievements of Raja Willem's domain in 2008—including those of Poland, Lithuania, and Suriname—in the coming days.
