Dr Paul Gelderloos, National Director of Invincible Netherlands for the Global Country of World Peace, recently reported that two very fine articles—one featuring Maharishi Vedic Architecture and one featuring Transcendental Meditation—recently were published in national newspapers in Holland.
Speaking on the Maharishi Global Family Chat on 28 November, he said that a recent conference on Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, held in Holland's first Maharishi Sthapatya Veda home offered to the public, resulted in a beautiful article about Maharishi Vedic Architecture.
The article described the house as a lively environment—perfectly proportioned and oriented according to Natural Law.
Dr Gelderloos noted that the couple who owns the house recently returned home to Holland after completing the Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course in Bulgaria. They are both school teachers, and had wanted to become Teachers of Transcendental Meditation. After living in this perfect Vastu for a year, their long-time desire was fulfilled. They will accomplish great things for their area, Dr Gelderloos said.
The other article came out in one of the largest national newspapers. The article highlighted the benefits of meditation for brain functioning, and included research on Transcendental Meditation. The article was entitled 'Meditation is purely brain-training'.
Meditation is not just for those interested in Eastern mystics, the article stated. Meditation is becoming a general antidote for stress.
The article reported that various labour unions are doing research on meditation to see if it should be part of their collective labour contracts.
Global Good News will feature the continuation of Dr Gelderloos' presentation in the coming days.
