Live broadcasts on Maharishi Channel: Three days of special global celebrations, 26-28 October 2008

Sunday 26 October 2008 marked the beginning of three days of special live global broadcasts on the Maharishi Channel, Channel 3. The broadcasts feature global celebrations by the Global Country of World Peace of three very auspicious days in the Vedic Calendar.

These three days of celebrations are being conducted in the presence of Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, in the assembly of Ministers and Rajas of the Global Country in MERU, Netherlands.

Each celebration includes special Vedic Recitations for each day by Vedic Pandits at the Global Capital of World Peace in the Brahma-Sthan (auspicious geographical centre) of India, as well as in MERU.

Another highlight of the programme over the three days is the replay of very full and beautiful addresses given by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, during the celebrations of these days last year (November 2007).

This year's celebrations began Sunday 26 October with the celebration of Dhanvantari, Day of Perfect Health.

The second day is Monday, 27 October—Day of Hanuman, the source of all action, the dynamism of Totality.

The three days of celebration culminate Tuesday, 28 October—Dipawali, Festival of Lights, celebrating Mahalakshmi, the administering intelligence of Natural Law for wealth and prosperity.
