Address of Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam to the celebration of the birth of Total Knowledge - Part II

On 23 August 2008, Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam, first ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, addressed the global celebration of the birthday of Total Knowledge, the auspicious Day of Shri Krishna Janmashtami in the Vedic Calendar.

In Part I of his address, Maharaja commented on how this day exemplifies the intricate intermingling of the qualities of infinite dynamism and infinite silence described in the Vedic Literature and expressed in human physiology. In Part II he explains how it expresses the secret of Maharishi's administration through Natural Law, whereby total silence administers total action.

Maharaja continued: 'And it is only from the field of pure Being, it's only from the field of pure silence, established in Being, that we can take into consideration in any decision making, in any speech, in any action, the totality of Natural Law—so that our action is based on the consideration of all possible values that are near and far; that are seen and unseen; that are from the present, the past, and involve also the effect on the future—because in the pure field of infinite silence, all dissolves into oneness: past, present, future, time and space differences, far and near, they all dissolve and become one.

'And in that quality of full awakening, full value of infinite pure silence, established in Yoga, Yogasthah kuru karmani*—established in pure Being—then when we make decisions, when we act, when we think, when we perform, we are acting while taking into consideration all possible variables that influence all possible aspects of life, individual and cosmic life. The result is an action which is most fulfilling and brings the greatest effect, the greatest positivity, and the greatest progress and evolution in accordance with Natural Law.

'That is Krishna,' Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam said. 'That is Krishna—that is the applied value of both Shiva and Vishnu, at the same time the value of Brahma the Creator, all together in the quality of Wholeness—acting, speaking, and giving the steps of progress that Maharishi has opened to our awareness in terms of understanding the dynamics of Natural Law—understanding the interactions between opposite values, silence and dynamism, and seeing how in fact they are one, they are integrated, and they give us the potential to live perfection in life, and perfection in management, and decision making.

'This is in honour of the profound, complete aspect of the teaching of Maharishi, that he brought to light in a scientific way, a logical way, and a reasonable way, in a rational way, an emotionally fulfilling way—all the understanding of what Devata is, what incarnation is, what silence is, what dynamism is, and how an individual human being can live Totality in his daily life—and how the group of human beings, the groups of individuals that form societies, nations, and the whole world, can truly live Heaven on Earth by being the expressions of that total Natural Law, expressed in the fullness of Krishna.'

This is coming to us today, Maharaja said, 'in that full value which we know also is available to us in our human physiology—in specific aspects of the human physiology, yet truly in its completeness in the totality of the human physiology.' Maharaja went on to say that the totality of the human physiology 'represents the entire Veda, the entire Vedic Literature, and the total Devata** value, the total aspect of Mother Divine,*** the total aspect of all creation—available to us in one human physiology, that allows us to experience Totality on the level of consciousness, and act on the basis of that Totality.

'It's a great day, and it's also great to see that in our administration, in the gift that Maharishi has given to us, we are seeing the blessing of Krishna, the blessing of Wholeness, blessing of Totality growing into our individual life and guiding us with Maharishi's blessing, with Guru Dev's**** teaching from the Holy Tradition of Vedic Masters, to create truly heavenly life for everyone on earth,

'It's a great blessing and a great responsibility, and great joy and bliss that was given to all of us by Maharishi, and that we see is starting to have very real effects. Very beautiful progress is happening, very great integration, great value of silence in the guidance of all values of dynamism.

'It's a great day, Prime Minister and all our family, it is wonderful to be together, to have that sense to think of these great values of life and how life progresses; and greater even than just to think about them, that great chance and ability to live it in our life. And even greater than that, the ability and the chance and opportunity that we have been given, to even give that reality to others. So we will stay alert and awake in pure silence and give to the world the gift of Maharishi, the gift of enlightenment, the gift of Heaven on Earth. Jai Guru Dev.'

Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, expressed his great thanks to Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam 'for these beautiful, culminating expressions on this great day of Krishna Janmashtami. You have given us a vital reminder of how Maharishi has brought to the whole world the very clear understanding of the teaching of Lord Krishna bringing the field of infinite silence into the whole dynamism of the world, and has made it possible for everyone to live that teaching through a simple technique that Maharishi taught to the whole human race. And that the whole dawn of this heavenly time that we are witnessing for the world is just the result of Maharishi's bringing this supreme reality of Lord Krishna's teaching to everyone on earth.

'Thank you so much also for informing us again that the human physiology is just a design for the reality of that experience, and really the whole human Physiology is just the supreme reality of Lord Krishna on the level of both infinite silence and infinite dynamism together.'

Dr Morris concluded the celebration by again offering 'greatest thanks to our Maharishi Vedic Pandits, and with our deep, deep feelings of gratitude to His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and to Guru Dev, Brahmanand Saraswati. Jai Guru Dev.'

* Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam is again referring to Maharishi's translation and commentary on Chapter 2, verse 48 of the Bhagavad-Gita ('Established in Yoga, . . . perform actions'), in which he explains that Yoga is the state of Union, the integration of individual intelligence with cosmic intelligence.
