On the Maharishi Global Family Chat on 18 March 2008, Dr Harris Kaplan, Raja of India for the Global Country of World Peace, gave a beautiful, inspiring, and thorough presentation of the details of the programme to create Invincible India and through Invincible India, world peace.

This programme is one of the crowning achievements of the 50 years lifelong work of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, which was accomplished in early January 2008.

Raja Harris Kaplan worked closely with Maharishi in the completion of all the details of the programme during the 12 January celebrations in Meru, Holland, inaugurating Maharishi's Year of Invincibility—Global Raam Raj.

The programme includes plans for the establishment in India of 12 Jyotir Lingas; the close association of those with 48 Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars* in 48 cities throughout India; and of those 48 with 192 countries of the world.

Maharishi established this programme as one of the central elements in his planning for the future of the Global Country of World Peace to function through administration through silence (please visit the Global Good News articles: 'Maharishi begins . . .', and '. . . exemplifying administration through silence').

On the Global Family Chat, Raja Harris explained the purpose and overall structure of this programme. 'All across India Maharishi has so beautifully organized that the administration of the Global Country of World Peace will move always in that moving and unmoving silence; and the plan for that is for 12 Jyotir Lingas. At each one of the 12 Jyotir Lingas will be built beautiful homes for 750 Vedic Pandits; each one of the Jyotir Lingas is associated with three other places, and one plus the three makes four. So in India there will be 12 Jyotir Lingas, each times four, making 48 Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars. These 48 are each connected to four countries, making 192 countries of the world.'

Global Good News will feature Part II of this article in the coming days, which will present the detailed list of the names and locations of the 12 Jyotir Lingas, 48 Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars, and 192 countries they are associated with, as presented by Raja Harris Kaplan on the Maharishi Global Family Chat. Raja Harris also explained the special significance of many of the locations as highly revered places in the eternal Vedic Tradition.

* The Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars are named in honour of Maharishi's Master, Shri Guru Dev, His Divinity Brahmanand Saraswati, Jagatguru Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Himalayas.
