'The voice of the total knowledge of infinite silence, the voice of wholeness'

Continuing with the speakers for the recent celebration in honour of Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, Dr Neil Paterson, a senior leader of Maharishi's worldwide Movement, spoke about Dr Morris as being 'the voice of the total knowledge of infinite silence, the voice of wholeness.'

Dr Neil Paterson said that the supreme gift Maharishi has left to the whole world is the establishment on earth of the supreme system of administration through Total Knowledge, Total Natural Law, which is now ushering in a new golden age of Heaven on Earth, and silently guiding the destiny of mankind in every generation for all peace, happiness, and prosperity to everyone.

As Maharishi said, this administration that has been set up under the rulership of Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam is just the replica on earth of the eternal cosmic administration of the universe, which is transcendental in nature, but has now been made manifest on earth by Maharishi in the form of the Global Country of World Peace and its global peace administration. This is administration through Total Knowledge, which is embedded in infinite silence.

'Maharishi has so beautifully given us the embodiment of that total administration, first singly, in the form of Total Knowledge and infinite silence in our dear Maharaja Raam and collectively embodied in the dynamism of infinite silence in his 48 Rajas and Ministers. . . .

'This ideal administration for the world that Maharishi has so beautifully established has its united collective voice in our dear Prime Minster. Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam is the embodiment of Total Knowledge and infinite silence, and our dear Prime Minister is the voice of that Total Knowledge of infinite silence,' said Dr Paterson. 'When the Prime Minister speaks, we feel infinite silence speaking; we feel Total Knowledge speaking.

'It is the voice of infinite silence, the voice of wholeness. As the spokesperson for Maharaja Raam and the Global Country of World Peace, the Prime Minister is the voice of Total Knowledge, the voice of wholeness. In every instance, we find that his speech unifies us all together, and presents to us the wholeness of Maharishi's perspective and his teaching.

'As Maharaja Raam so beautifully expressed, he is the supreme guardian of Maharishi's teachings and purpose of action. . . . On many occasions in the past years when Maharishi was having discussions about something, he would ask for Prime Minister's comments. After he had spoken, Maharishi very proudly and joyfully would always say, ''He always has right judgment. Prime Minister always has right judgment.''

'This is because of the wholeness of his awareness—the all-comprehensive wholeness of his awareness, structured by Maharishi through all these years of attuning himself to Maharishi's mind,' continued Dr Paterson. 'What we find now in his speech is the wholeness of Maharishi speaking, the wholeness of Maharishi's knowledge, the wholeness of his perspective, and the all-comprehensive character of his judgment as to what is the correct course of action.

'It is simply because Maharishi has structured himself in our dear Prime Minister in this beautiful way that he is the voice of the Global Country of World Peace. It is very comforting to know that as we embark on this new blissful adventure that Maharishi has given us, we feel that Maharishi is with us, guiding every step of our progress, especially through the leadership of our dear Prime Minister, the beautiful voice of Maharishi, the voice of Maharaja, and the collective voice of his Rajas and Ministers.

'We feel that as long as we remain unified under the silent rulership of Maharaja and the unifying holistic voice of his Prime Minister, then we cannot go wrong. . . .'
