Dr Paul Potter, Raja (Administrator) of the domain of New York, USA, for the Global Country of World Peace, recently described the beginning excavation for their four Peace Palace buildings, progress on an organic farm in Goshen, New York, and plans for other sites around New York City.
The excavation has now begun for the first of four Peace Palaces that will stand side by side on their 422 acre (171 hectare) property in upstate New York. From there, a park will cover the area down to a lake to the east. 'With the mountains and the blue hills in the distance, it's an extraordinarily inspiring sight,' he said.
Dr Potter also described progress on the Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture farm in Goshen, New York. He mentioned recent ideas for expansion, which include building a shop and restaurant in addition the planned dairy, bakery, and apiary at the farm, to sell organic clothing and products as well as Maharishi Vedic Organic produce grown on the farm, to serve people from New York City and the whole surrounding area.
Dr Potter said that they will be working on completing their greenhouses, as well as a warehouse for Maharishi Ayur Veda products; and they have been recruiting and training administrators and staff to manage the farm and the call centre for the distribution of products from the warehouse.
'In the meantime,' he concluded, 'our ten Peace Palace lands all around New York City are now moving ahead very quickly to build their Peace Palaces, starting with the first two in Livingston Manor.'
