On 6 October 2007 United Press International reported: A well-known Washington, DC developer wants to build a Tower of Invincibility, as a monument to freedom and peace. It is a joy for Global Good News service to feature this news, which indicates the success of the life-supporting programmes Maharishi has designed to bring fulfilment to the field of world peace.

Jeffrey Abramson, whose family-owned Tower Cos. is to receive the Washington, DC, Chamber of Commerce 'Business of the Year' award, says the idea for the 12-story, US$10 million monument is inspired by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of Transcendental Meditation.

The developer wants land on the Washington Mall alongside the Washington Monument and the Lincoln memorial.

Barring that idea, he said that he would buy his own land to build the monument.

United Press International quoted Abramson as saying, 'Wherever it lands, it will be perfect.'

Similar towers are being built in Canada, Germany, and New Zealand.

Every day Global Good News documents the rise of a better quality of life dawning in the world and highlights the need for introducing Natural Law based—Total Knowledge based—programmes to bring the support of Nature to every individual, raise the quality of life of every society, and create a lasting state of world peace.
