Dr Shizuo Suzuki, Minister of Expansion for the Global Country of World Peace in Japan, reported steps of progress in several areas of his country.
He began with slides showing that in Tochigi, home of the Maharishi Spiritual Centre of Japan, a new Vastu fence is being installed around the entire compound, according to the principles of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, Vedic architecture in accord with Natural Law. More items from India and around the world are being imported and added to the products available at that facility—organic cotton towels and clothing, Maharishi Ayurvedic herbs, and personal care items.
In Shimane Prefecture, an area of 7.5 million people close to Korea, the Peace Government leader is constructing a Maharishi Sthapatya Veda house. Dr Suzuki added that 'it will also serve as a Transcendental Meditation Centre.'
Dr Suzuki also mentioned news from two other countries in that part of the world. A new kind of technology is being developed in Shanghai, China—a light-emitting diode (LED) that can emit light 500 metres. 'It can easily brighten the insides of buildings,' he explained, 'as well as street lights that use no electricity.' Its creators want to combine with Maharishi Solar Technology in India to create more light for the world.
