The Raja (Administrator) of Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, Dr Jose Luis Alvarez, reported increasing progress towards invincibility in Chile, Panama, Angola, and Mozambique.
He reported that invincibility is growing in every nation, and that 'the Guru Purnima ceremonies around the world created a great momentum building up so that now things happen faster than ever.'
Dr Alvarez reported that at the university in Santiago, Chile there is an educator who is a Yogic Flyer, who wants to establish large-scale initiatives to create national invincibility. In a town in the very north, the Vice-Chancellor of another university, who practises Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Technique, is now keen to 'open up' his school and offer Maharishi's programmes.
In Panama, two universities have called and asked for presentations on creating invincibility through Maharishi's programmes.
'Things that before were just entertained are now being put into practice,' Dr Alvarez summarized, noting new receptivity by Mayors and builders, and 'very good reception for Tower of Invincibility', in Angola and Mozambique.
