Dr Rogers Badgett, Raja (Administrator) of Hawaii for the Global Country of World Peace, recently reported on the success of Maharishi's programmes in the United States in three locations: Hawaii, the Global Financial Capital of New York, and at The Raj, a Maharishi Ayurveda Health Spa in Maharishi Vedic City, Iowa.
Although it is US state, Raja Badgett explained that in terms of invincibility programmes Hawaii is being considered as a country in itself because it is the most populous place in time-zone 12 and as it rises to invincibility it will positively affect the whole area. He and the local teachers of the Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Programme are planning for the creation of a group of 120 Yogic Flyers to bring invincibility to Hawaii and the surrounding region.
He also noted the success of the Global Financial Capital of New York in informing leading financiers about Maharishi's programmes to make the United States invincible. Influential business people are now learning the Transcendental Meditation Technique.
Good news about The Raj in Maharishi Vedic City was Dr Badgett's final report of the day. The spa has been included in a book called, One Thousand Special Places to See in the United States and Canada. This book follows the publication of the New York Times best seller, One Thousand Special Places to See in the World, which sold some 2.2 million copies. This sequel is expected to sell one to two million copies as well. Dr Badgett pointed out that, unlike newspaper articles which are usually seen only once, books provide both an immediate and a permanent, on-going way of advertising The Raj and Maharishi's programmes offered there.
