Ingenious building site calendar offers short-cut for Vedic Pandit construction

3 February 2007
Architect Dr Christian Schweitzer has been active at MERU, Holland in the past two months developing an ingenious and inexpensive method of construction that will be implemented all over Europe to construct buildings designed according to Vastu Vidya—Maharishi Sthapatya Veda (architecture in harmony with Natural Law). Dr Schweitzer gave a detailed overview of this programme on a recent Global Family Chat, broadcast daily around the world by satellite television and the Internet.
Dr Schweitzer explained that these methods can be implemented quickly and easily in construction projects being planned by the Global Country to create invincibility for every country, under the inspiration of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. 'We are very well prepared to build dormitories for 100 Yogic Flying Vedic Pandits in all European countries. Most of the work has been done already,' he said—organizing and managing the building site, elevations, floor plans, and site plans are finished. Everything is laid out in detail together with a very precise building site calendar, which leaders of the Global Country in every country can easily follow.
In Dr Schweitzer's brilliant system, all building materials are exactly prescribed and listed: the size and density of each brick, length of all piping, what machines to rent, when each item should be ordered, designs for windows—every detail, down to the mouldings for interior and exterior decoration. Everything is laid out in detail in the exact order to be followed.
Following this calendar, a one-storey dormitory can be built in 34 days, and a two-storey one in about 40 days.
All buildings are symmetrical and adorned with elements used in Vedic Architecture, including pillars, arches, balustrades, and a raised Kalash (roof ornament) in the centre to mark the eastern entrance.
The Capital in MERU now has a team of trained masons, road builders, and engineers who could go to any European country and execute the same building programme there.
Dr Scweitzer said that the development of this complete programme, which gives very logical, clear, and specific guidance, should give people the confidence to go ahead quickly in every part of the world, to start construction for groups of Vedic Pandits. Half of the work has already been done, he said, comprising 10 per cent of the cost—now it is 'just a turn-key operation'. The programme just needs to be applied for the Vedic Pandits (peace-creating experts) to come and create invincibility for every nation.
