The Fairfield Ledger Translate This Article
26 January 2007
On 26 January 2007 The Fairfield Ledger reported:
Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa, USA has announced that 1,050 Vedic pandits will arrive soon and will be housed in nearby Maharishi Vedic City.
It is a joy for Global Good News service to feature this news, which indicates the success of the life-supporting programmes Maharishi has designed to bring
fulfilment to the field of world peace.
Spokesperson for the university, Jim Karpen, stated that 381 pandits have already arrived and are being housed in five residence halls on campus. The Maharishi Vedic City campus will have 200 homes arranged in six neighbourhoods, which will house the additional pandits.
Over 1,900 practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi programmes are attending the Invincible America Assembly, which is being held in the university's Patanjali and Bagabhrini domes.
Every day Global Good News documents the rise of a better quality of life dawning in the world and highlights the need for introducing Natural Law based—Total
Knowledge based—programmes to bring the support of Nature to every individual, raise the quality of life of every society, and create a lasting state of world peace.
