Raja Bjarne Landsfeldt, the Raja (ruler) of the Global Country of World Peace in Denmark, announced that programmes for Vedic Architecture, Vedic Agriculture, Vedic Health Care, and Vedic Education are coming to fruition in his country.
Raja Bjarne reported that in addition to a Danish High School for the Development of Consciousness, now enjoying its 26th year of great success, a residential Invincibility School for students age 14-17, set on a beautiful property near forests and lakes, is now being approved by Denmark's Ministry of Education. The schools apply the principles and practice of the Transcendental Meditation Programme.
Other lands for Consciousness-Based educational facilities have also been acquired, and a tour with Dr Ashley Deans, Director of Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment in Fairfield, Iowa, USA (http://www.maharishischooliowa.org/) is scheduled for this coming March to inspire further implementation of Consciousness-Based education in Denmark.
Four Peace Colonies to be built according to the principles of Maharishi Vedic Architecture are in the advanced stages of planning, and construction will begin soon (http://maharishi-programmes.globalgoodnews.com/vedic-architecture/index.html). A University of World Peace constructed according to the Vastu principles of Sthapatya Veda will also be established soon.
In addition, there are plans to build Maharishi Vedic Health Spas in several provinces (http://www.global-country.net/palace/ForThePublic/MaharishiVedicHealthSpa/index.cfm and http://www.theraj.com/).
Two pieces of land, 10 hectares and 100 hectares in size, in two different provinces, are available for Maharishi Vedic Organic Agricultural projects to produce the purest, highest quality food possible (http://maharishi-programmes.globalgoodnews.com/vedic-agriculture/index.html).
The financial capital of Denmark will help support these projects by selling World Peace Bonds and introducing a second currency—the Raam—a Global Development currency.
