Today is the 26th day of the seventh month of national consciousness rising to invincibility, as indicated by the following press reports:

6 November 2006

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Higher economic growth and lower prices in EU' - As previously reported, expected economic growth is higher. In addition, inflation estimates are lower than expected: 2.3% this year, and 2.1% next year.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Shipping industry foresees years of enormous growth. Dutch fleet could increase 60% by 2016' - Due to the growing economy, the Royal Association of Dutch Shippers (KVNR) plans to expand the Dutch fleet: the number of ships sailing under Dutch flags will increase from 750 to 1200 by 2016, while Dutch-built ships under foreign flags will increase from 750 to 1,000. The number of Dutch captains will also increase proportionately.

De Telegraaf: 'Lifestyle instead of status' - The newest generation of employees is more concerned about lifestyle than status, a new study shows. Young people between the ages of 18 through 25 are giving their attention to balancing work with their personal lives. Their criterion for labour conditions are: sufficient salary, nice colleagues, and work that helps society—rather than receiving a company car. The study was conducted by Manpower, which was surprised by the outcome. The results inspired them to analyse the relationship between work and lifestyle.

De Telegraaf: 'Bribing in Holland still more difficult' - Corruption in Holland has decreased. Holland was number eleven last year on the annual list of Transparency International, an anti-corruption organization. Now the nation has climbed to the top ten of the least corrupt countries, and is listed as number nine. Finland and Iceland are listed as the least corrupt.

Trouw: 'Economic growth in EU becomes robust. Economic growth substantial in EU and Holland not lagging behind' - Optimism concerning economic growth in Europe is higher than expected based on figures from the first half of the year. In addition, the EU is becoming less dependent on exports as economic growth is primarily realised within EU borders. Brussels expects Dutch economic growth to be above average—which will result in higher employment.

Creating national invincibility

Groups of experts in Yogic Flying are engaged in creating coherent national consciousness in the Netherlands, United States, Canada, Hamsa (Hungary), and an increasing number of other nations, which are enjoying a dramatic and sustained upsurge in positive economic and social trends.

Dr Paul Gelderloos, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for the Netherlands, reports that 400 Yogic Flyers have been assembled at MERU, the Netherlands, since 12 April 2006.

Extensive research published in the world's leading scientific journals has found that the group practice of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme Yogic Flying by the square root of one per cent of a population is sufficient to reduce negative trends, including crime and violence, and to promote positive economic and social tendencies throughout society.

The cost to train and employ such a group is a small fraction of what any government spends on its military in a single day.

Maharishi's approach to invincibility is in sharp contrast to the conventional military approach. 'Our approach does not require the government to sacrifice the youth for the sake of the nation—because when the youth are killed in war, then for whom is the nation?' Maharishi said.

The harmony and progress of the human race are founded on the internal harmony and progress of every individual. No stress, no strain, no impediment, no difficulty can withstand the totally benign influence of the enlivenment of the Unified Field of Natural Law, the field of Transcendental Consciousness, the field of pure knowledge, through Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme.
