Dr Neil Paterson captivated listeners on 13 May on the Maharishi Channel's 'Family Chat' with a beautiful slideshow presentation as he highlighted the latest Transcendental Meditation Movement activities and plans for Canada.
Dr Paterson opened the Family Chat by providing interesting background information on the world's second largest country saying to the native people Canada 'has always been a sacred land of peace'. The goal of the new projects is to not only create national coherence for Canada, but to extend this influence to the world. By establishing coherence-creating groups Canada will create a 'cooling influence', a more life-supporting influence, on the United States.
Several magnificent new projects were presented: One for the Brahmastan of Canada, another in the east where the sun rises, one in the west where the sun sets, and two projects at Niagra Falls.
The first plan is to have a place at the centre of Canada, the Brahmastan, which is at Yathkyed Lake, Nunavut, Northwest Territories. In the native Inuit language, this name means 'great ice-covered one' and interestingly the Inuit say this location is 'the land where light and time stand still'.
The Eastern Capital is a 350 acre site on two islands called the Global Country of World Peace Islands, located at the on the easternmost tip of North America where the sun first touches the continent. The eastern island of the two will be the home of the Global Parliament of World Peace with 192 country seats and a place for 121 Vedic Pandits.
The western island of the pair will be home to the University of World Peace where students can obtain doctorate degrees on the Constitution of the Universe. It will also have a 'Peace Colony' consisting of 60 villas and cottages.
The other side of Canada where the sun sets, will be home to the Western Capital of Peace on what is affectionately being called 'Island of Holy Ganges' (Salt Spring Island). The site of 169 beauteous acres will be home to peace colony for 600 sidhas and a Maharishi University of World Peace.
Exquisite plans have also been developed for Niagara Falls which attracts 25 million tourists each year. Plans include: A Peace Tower for knowledge presentations and exhibitions at the falls; a Maharishi University of Vedic Science which will be on land two miles from the falls; Maharishi Medical Colleges, one for men and one for ladies; and Maharishi Health Centres for Maharishi Ayur Vedic treatments.
With these sublime and exquisite plans, Canada is destined to quickly rise to invincibility and bless all mankind for all time to come.
