Maharishi inaugurates the Capital of Vedic Administration at the Brahmasthan of India

On 12 January 2006 in MERU, The Netherlands, Maharishi inaugurated via global satellite broadcast the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace, the Capital of Vedic Administration at the Brahmasthan of India near Jabalpur.
The newly established capital will be developed as a beautiful, majestic Vedic City that will play a central role in actualizing the full blossoming of this year, inaugurated as the Year of Reconstruction of the Whole World to be Heaven on Earth, First Year of Sat-Yuga.
In this capital of Vedic Administration, many thousands of Vedic Pandits will establish peace perpetual for the whole world through their daily Vedic performances.
On this grand occasion, Maharishi praised the first ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, His Majesty Maharaja Nader Raam. Maharishi said that Maharaja Nader Raam has opened the gateway of peace, prosperity and invincibility for every nation of the world.
Thousands of leaders and supporters of Maharishi's Worldwide Movement including distinguished Vedic Pandits of India, leading scientists of the world, honoured Ministers, and illustrious Rajas of Maharishi's Global Country of World Peace, and National Leaders of Maharishi's Worldwide Movement gathered to inaugurate the Capital of Peace in the Brahmasthan (centre) of India.
His Majesty Maharaja Nader Raam, as well as Prime Minister Dr Bevan Morris, President of the US Peace Government Dr John Hagelin, Minister of Finance Dr Benjamin Feldman, and Education Minister Dr Girish Varma, and other honoured Ministers addressed the assembly. During the three-day celebration, the Rajas of the Global Country also gave moving addresses and pledged to actively participate in the plan for Global Reconstruction so that throughout the world everyone will enjoy the fruits of Sat-Yuga, Heaven on Earth.
