The Women's History Month public forum on 'Women, Violence, and Meditation', held 31 March in New York, is now available to be viewed online.
Click here to watch the video of the 2-hour event—now titled 'Healing and Empowering Women'.
This event shared powerful stories and impressive scientific evidence of how Transcendental Meditation can help women who are suffering from post-traumatic stress due to violence and abuse.
In addition to other distinguished women on the panel of speakers, Emmy-award winning CNN anchor Soledad O'Brien spoke to the conference via video in support of the event, and from her own experience of reducing stress through practising Transcendental Meditation.
The event, held at the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum in New York City, was co-sponsored by the David Lynch Foundation's Operation Warrior Wellness.
Global Good News will continue to feature the event in New York on 31 March.
