In a recent article on the new French website for Transcendental Meditation, Laure Amouyal, a Teacher of Transcendental Meditation, writes that she has taught this technique to women of all ages, and from many different cultural and professional backgrounds.
These women were motivated by different reasons to learn the technique: some by the need to better know themselves, and the desire to expand their potential, realize their own inner resources, and enjoy their lives.
As a result of their practice, Ms Amouyal says, these women are now experiencing clearer thinking, better health, improved relationships, and increased creativity, which helps them to grow and achieve more in all areas of their life.
Other women, she explains, have found that Transcendental Meditation breaks the vicious circle of stress and fatigue. They find that practice of the technique is a regenerative process, which when practiced twice a day, gives them an extra time of rest that enhances their balance, their mood, and their health. The twenty minutes spent in practising Transcendental Meditation 'is short in time but rich in benefits'.
