Speaking recently on Maharishi Global Family Chat, Dr Odd Loset, National Director for the Global Country of World Peace in Norway, reported on spreading awareness of Maharishi Ayur-Veda healthcare in his country.
Dr Loset began by mentioning a recent article on Maharishi Ayur-Veda in a widely read newspaper in Norway. The article, read by an estimated 1.3 million out of only 4.6 million Norwegians, identified Maharishi Ayur-Veda as the 'only complete system of Ayur-Veda'.
'What was astonishing,' said Dr Loset, 'was that the journalist who authored the article knew about Maharishi Ayur-Veda all on his own, without consulting any members of the Global Country of World Peace in Norway.'
Another article, continued Dr Loset, soon to appear in a prominent magazine, will report the successful cure of a patient's serious illness through Maharishi Ayur-Veda. The journalist came to the clinic from this nation-wide magazine to interview the Ayur-Vedic doctor who treated the patient, and the finished article will appear in 2-3 months.
On a final note, Dr Loset announced that a regional medical journal in Norway included an enclosure by Dr Rasmussen, the primary doctor of Maharishi Ayur-Veda in Norway. The enclosure contained Dr Rasmussen's most recent research on Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Technique and cardiovascular disease.
