During the grand celebration of Victory Day, the auspicious day of Vijaya Dashami in the Vedic Calendar, Raja Harris Kaplan, Raja (Administrator) of Invincible India for the Global Country of World Peace, presented the 'Golden Book' of goals and achievements of the Global Country of World Peace—created in honour of the golden 50th anniversary of Maharishi's worldwide Transcendental Meditation organization.

Speaking on 9 October 2008, to the assembly of Rajas, Raj Rajeshwaris, and Ministers of the Global Country in MERU, Holland, and to viewers around the world enjoying the global live broadcast on the Maharishi Channel, Raja Harris said that Maharishi Mahesh Yogi inspired the creation of the book last year on Victory Day, saying, 'Make a record of this day, it's a golden day, make a Golden Book, and in that we'll see the record of all I wanted to do and all that's coming up to be done.' Maharishi explained that the contents of the book would be based on the celebration and addresses of that day—Victory Day 2007—which highlighted Maharishi's programmes and the goals of the Global Country of World Peace.

Raja Harris continued his presentation while showing slides depicting pages of the Golden Book correlating to each part of his talk.

There were four separate major events on Victory Day last year, Raja Harris said.

The second great event on Victory Day 2007 was the coronation of six new Administrators, six new Rajas of the Global Country of World Peace. Raja Emanuel Schiffgens, Raja Steven Rubin, Raja Bruce Plaut, Raja John Fagan, and two Purusha* Rajas were crowned during a 10-day ceremony, which began that day.

'Maharishi gave an absolutely beautiful address**, and we see the highlight of that address up on the screen now,' Raja Harris said, referring to the current slide from the Golden Book. 'Maharishi was so inspired to be with his Purusha Rajas, [he] reminded us again about administration in silence as the basis—the invincible basis, the Vijaya Dashami basis—of solving any problem,' Raja Harris said.

Raja Harris noted that pages depicting a picture of every Raja of the Global Country and a golden map of his Domain will be added to the book.

Global Good News will feature the continuation of Raja Harris's presentation in the coming days.

*Purusha: Maharishi has explained that Purusha means the Self, the quality of infinite silence of the Unified Field of Natural Law. Maharishi designed the Maharishi Purusha Programme for men who wish to dedicate themselves fulltime to the most rapid pace of evolution possible and creating world peace, through extended group practice of the Transcendental Meditation-Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying, fulfilling the goals of the Global Country of World Peace in 192 countries of the world.
