Maharishi Honey, VedAroma essential oils, and Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture food products, including grains, seeds, pulses, sesame oil, and nuts were featured recently at the 'Natural and Organic Products Europe 2009' fair at Olympia in London, UK.
There were 570 organic companies represented at the Organic Products fair, with exhibiters from Britain, Europe, and further afield, said Raja Peter Warburton, Raja of Invincible Great Britain for the Global Country of World Peace.
Hundreds of people visited the stall featuring Maharishi products, and Teachers of Transcendental Meditation answering questions commented on the new level of appreciation for the subtle and holistic value of knowledge that Maharishi's products represent.
Many visitors took the beautiful brochures, left business cards, and requested further information. Within 24 hours large orders were received.
The VedAroma products drew special interest from natural therapists who appreciated the high quality of these pure, unadulterated essential oils.
Many small family-run businesses were exhibiting at the fair for the first time—indicating an increasing desire in consumers around the world for healthy organic food, as well as a desire to connect to the source of production, said one of the Transcendental Meditation Teachers who attended.
There was also an obvious interest in fairly-traded products, and many people were very pleased to hear about the poverty removal programme developed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to raise the quality of life for farming communities in developing countries.
Visitors also enjoyed revitalizing refreshment in the form of Maharishi Honey diluted in pure spring water—and there was tremendous interest in the scientific research showing the superior vital quality and anti-bacterial property of this rare Vedic organic honey. Maharishi Honey outperforms even Manuka honey, famous in the world for its anti-bacterial effects.
In the coming days Global Good News will feature more news about the Organic Products Fair, including highlights of a media report about Maharishi Honey.
