New Teachers of Transcendental Meditation in Togo are expanding Maharishi's programmes—including a large Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture initiative—in the nation. In Botswana, initial expansion includes the possibility of a facility specializing in cardiovascular health.
This news was presented by Raja Graham de Freitas, Raja of Invincible Togo and Invincible Botswana for the Global Country of World Peace as part of a summary of achievements in his domain in 2008.
Togo has two new Transcendental Meditation Teachers—who attended the Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course held in South Africa. They are now establishing a Maharishi Invincibility Centre in the capital city and presenting Maharishi's programmes to governmental leaders.
Their activities have inspired the donation of 2,800 hectares of agricultural land, for Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture farming and poverty removal programmes. The land could also potentially be the site of a French-language college of sustainable agriculture.
A Teacher of the Transcendental Meditation Programme from South Africa has inspired interest in Transcendental Meditation in Botswana. This Teacher also plans to establish a Maharishi Invincibility Centre and cardiovascular clinic as the basis for further offering of Maharishi's programmes in the country.
