The Assistant Principal for Security of a school where Transcendental Meditation has been introduced was initially skeptical about the programme, but after learning the technique he commented: 'I'm sleeping better at night. I'm eating healthier. I'm not as stressed out when I'm dealing with some of the crises and drama that happens on school campuses. My thoughts are clear.'
One student's comment was typical of those stated by many others: 'Meditation relaxes me. I don't get frustrated as much.'
