Students to learn the Transcendental Programme in Mozambique and Angola

On 20 December Raja Antonio Bartolome, Raja of Spain for the Global Country of World Peace, announced a project in universities and schools in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries of Africa in which students will learn the Transcendental Meditation Technique.

Raja Antonio said that in Mozambique a project at a polytechnic university will start in mid-January. There are about seven hundred students at the university who want to learn Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Programme and participate in the Invincibility programme. They will do this through a course that the university already includes in its curriculum called 'Peace and the Resolution of Conflict.'

In Maputo, the capital city of Mozambique, a foundation will finance construction of an Invincibility School* on land already bought. The school will be for four hundred students.

In Angola a project will start in March to teach Transcendental Meditation to five hundred university students in a department of Indian studies.

* Invincibility School: One of Maharishi's programmes for world peace is to create Invincibility for every nation through the group practice of Transcendental Meditation and the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying, by students in schools built according to Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, thus creating coherence in the collective consciousness of their nation, the basis of world peace.
