Speaking 16 September 2008 on Maharishi Global Family Chat, Raja Bob LoPinto, Raja of Invincible South Africa for the Global Country of World Peace, reported recent developments in the field of education within his domain.
National Directors of the Global Country of World Peace in South Africa have recently made a presentation to an association of school principals, all together representing thousands of students. The association expressed great enthusiasm at the prospect of teaching the Transcendental Meditation Technique to their students, as well as learning the technique themselves. 'Starting 11 October of this year,' said Raja LoPinto, '14 of the principals, and students from four different schools will begin learning the TM Technique.'
Raja LoPinto went on to say that any one of the four schools alone could create national invincibility for South Africa. 'Our goal is to have students in all four schools practising the TM Technique twice a day, and then to go on and learn the Yogic Flying Technique so that they can lead their nation to invincibility,' said Raja LoPinto.
Not only does Raja LoPinto wish to introduce Transcendental Meditation into already existing schools, but he also has plans to establish a new Maharishi Invincibility School in South Africa for 1,000 students. In the last few weeks, he reported, there has been an enormous effort to offer students the opportunity to enjoy ideal education at the new school. There have been radio shows and promotional visits to various areas. People have come by bus to hear about the school from as far as 400 kilometres away, and in the last couple days over 200 students came to meetings about the Invincibility School. 'We hope that many of them will join,' said Raja LoPinto in closing.
