World Congress of Rajas lauds Dr Tucker's achievements

During the World Congress of Rajas in MERU, Holland, leaders of the Global Country of World Peace warmly praised Dr Richard Tucker-Loero on his recent award and address to the Congress about the project to implement Consciousness-Based Education in his university of 40,000 students—the largest in Venezuela—saying that he had 'created the basis for world peace'.

In his concluding remarks to that day's session, Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, referred to the medal Dr Tucker was awarded, making him a Founder of Invincibility for the world. 'This is not by chance that he is here,' Dr Morris said. 'When he said, ''I feel my role is not only for my students but for the stability of my country'', it was said by someone taking responsibility for the stability of his country and knowing how to do it.

'We look forward to 12,000 students practising Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Technique. It should be enough to structure invincibility for all the nations in South America in a single stroke. Even with the first 2,000, something that could have been very difficult [the election Dr Tucker referred to in his talk] passed by in peace and stability. It is also great, how Dr Tucker gave himself as an example that won the students, creating an Invincible Venezuela and an Invincible South America.

'We heard his integrity in his enlightened voice,' Dr Morris concluded, saying to Dr Tucker, 'You have set the example for all educators here today.'
