M.U.M. -- A special program starting September 27 in the M.A. in Maharishi Vedic Science will allow students to spend a year culturing higher states of consciousness by emphasizing deep experience and reading the Vedic Literature in Sanskrit, and for the first time will include elements such as receiving Maharishi Rejuvenation therapy at The Raj. The program also hopes to have students living in Maharishi Sthapatya Veda design buildings.
In addition, the program will offer other powerful techniques to improve health, prevent disease, awaken total brain functioning, and culture enlightenment, such as learning Maharishi Self-Pulse diagnosis and specific knowledge about diet, digestion, and nutrition.
Students will enjoy organic vegetarian meals, including Maharishi Vedic Organic produce.
This 13-month program can be taken consecutively, or two months at a time. Federal low-interest, long-term loans and federal internships are available to most U.S. citizens and permanent residents, covering tuition, fees, campus housing, and meals.
Courses include Discovering your Cosmic Reality, Enlivening Your Body's Inner Intelligence for Health and Well-Being, Maharishi's Bhagavad Gita--The Song of Life; and Discovery of Veda and Vedic Literature in Human Physiology-- Blueprint for Evolving Consciousness.
