Raja Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja of Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, reported recently on Maharishi Global Family Chat about a new Maharishi School in Caracas and Maharishi Peace Palaces outside Valencia, Venezuela.

Raja Jose Luis is also Raja of Invincible Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Suriname, and Cuba.

First Raja Jose Luis reported that one hectare of land has been donated by Dr Richard Tucker-Loero in Caracas, Venezuela, for a Maharishi School. This land is in a high-level residential area, and Dr Tucker-Loero arranged with the government 20 years ago to purchase this land, which can only be used for building a school.

'But he never built a school,' said Raja Jose Luis. 'He was waiting for something, and now he saw this had to be a Maharishi School. He has now donated this very special land, and is going to build a school for Consciousness-Based Education to nourish the population of Caracas.'

Raja Jose Luis said that Venezuela has a population of 28 million and requires 500 Yogic Flyers for national Invincibility. He showed a photo taken from a helicopter of the place that has been selected for the Maharishi Tower of Invincibility outside Valencia.

There are 50 hectares of land with a plateau of 10 hectares, and Dr Tucker-Loero and the National Director for the Global Country of World Peace in Venezuela, have flown over the area a few times to oversee the whole operation and to start construction. There is a lake to the north, and the site lies between two cities with four million people very nearby. 'The area is like a resort, so it's very peaceful,' Raja Luis said.

There will be a Maharishi Tower of Invincibility and two Maharishi Schools, one for boys and one for girls, and they already have permission to build there. Dr Tucker-Loero has organized funding for the project, and with building permission received, the bulldozers are starting to clear the land for the foundation work and construction.

Raja Jose Luis said it so happens that Benedictine monks, 'who also like to be quiet', searched all over Latin America for the most peaceful place to have their secluded area—and they also chose this place. They already have a monastery nearby with a big tower, which is appreciated all over Latin America. 'So the land is also in a very well known area, proclaimed as a tourist resort and a landmark,' Raja Jose Luis said.
